it finally seems

that everything is starting to come together..my eating, my workouts, days off, sleeping and recovery.  I switched jobs at work, so I will be able to keep a pretty set time on when I can lift.  I won’t have to work nights anymore, so my weekends off will be the only days where I lift in the early afternoon.  I have also rededicated myself to working my abs, I slid along there for a good bit not doing anything about them..but my chest is getting bigger and cut, my arms are growing, my lats are popping more now, so I can’t afford to let my front slide at all.  My next focus area has to be my triceps though.  well that’s about all for me today.

getting stronger…

the weights really felt light the other day…it was almost like my warmup sets did nothing, cause I was already on fire.  I set minimum rep counts on some of my lifts, and I am just blowing past them anymore..I put a star on the calendar for every really great workout I have, I had 10 last month, and so far this month I have 5…as always..and always..my problem is not eating enough..I guess my new short term goal should be to break 210 and stay above it for more than 3 days.
