awesome…just awesome is how I can describe my first Arnold Expo. Seeing these guys and gals in magazines and on the computer is one thing…but you really have to witness them in person to fully appreciate and respect what they do for a living. I met 3 of my bodybuilding icons over the weekend, being Gunter, Lee Priest and King Ronnie. and just being able to see Arnold was a thrill in itself. I also have to say that David Henry is a great person, laughing and joking around with everyone who came up to him, Troy Alves was awesome too. Gunter was also willing to talk to anyone who came up as well. there were a lot of guys who were just standing there because they had to, but those guys I mentioned really stood out to me. EAS, BSN, ON, and Star Chem had the best looking booths in my opinion, 8 Ball nutrition had the best freebies. Friday was the best day for actually walking around and taking everything in, Saturday was a madhouse, and you couldn’t get near hardly anything. Sunday was good, maybe just a little more crowded than Friday. I was able to get more Stone Dragon from Kemistry Labs, and also got some of their protein, called Procore Advance. I know you can pick some up on some other sites.. I haven’t seen it yet on BB.com. I saw the procore in the latest issue of Flex magazine, and was skeptical when I saw it was caramel flavored, but it tastes really really good.
