Monday, January 29th, 2007slept pretty much all weekend, got in a good bicep/back workout..I am trying to focus on some weak spots..inner biceps and lats. really started pulling tight on my upright rows.
3×8 w/40’s standing DB curl
3×8 w/40’s bent over rows
3×8 w/25’s bent over DB conc curls
3×6 w/55’s hammer curls
this morning woke up extra early::quarter to 2 a.m. just did a short little chest.
15-12-10-8-6 DB Bench Press with 55’s
100 pushups.
10-8-6 arnold presses w/25’s.
Stone Dragon is still pumping me up no no end..I can now feel it about 20 mins after I take it…it is awesome that my body can tell me when I am ready to rock. no other pre-workout supp has done that for me. also, is anyone else heading to the Arnold in march?
