got to to work out yesterday..I have been working 60-70 hour weeks lately, so I have been pretty much eating horribly, and sleeping worse. but yesterday I got to do a little bit of chest and some quick bi’s. it felt so great to have the blood flowing again and to just feel that resistance. I have a great schedule this week that will allow me to lift everyday, and then in january I will be able to go back to normal…sort of. because I am working and not eating, I have dropped to around 188-190 lbs..but I have not lost any strength or noticable muscle mass, just all of my fat, and my pants don’t fit anymore. I really miss all you guys, and I hope to begin posting with some consistancy again soon.
