ok, so I had to have a tooth pulled today, so no lifting for at least 2 days. I got a new tattoo the other day, puts me at 6 now. it is a continuation of the tribal on my back..this one wraps around over the shoulder and down onto my chest. pretty fricken wicked sweet. I will be starting a new supplement this week, plus I am buying a new Big Screen TV!!

I haven’t posted in forever, because I have been working 14 hour days, and I haven’t even touched a weight in almost a week. I also bought a house, and have been moving and everything…it has been nuts..just another couple of days, and I will be get back into a routine again.

this morning with no pain or soreness from a great workout yesterday. only 7 days until we move, so it is getting hard to find time to lift with all the packing and just overall craziness going on. working retail is not helping my cause either, i worked 54 hours last week, and worked another 11 yesterday to start this week off…we won’t even be getting our big shipments in for almost 2 weeks. I have a fear that I am going to get really burned out and it will show in my workouts..but I am determined to not give up or half ass anything..I have come too far to take it easy now.

just on update on how my strength is increasing drastically over the last month. Monday, October 9th was the first day that I started my new chest routine. the main exercises I am concerned with during this workout are the 40lb and 55 lb dumbbell presses. on october 9th, my max reps on the 40 lbs were 20, 16, 16, 16. my max reps on the 55lb were 14, 12, 8, 8. fast forward to yesterday, and my numbers look like this. for the 40’s –22, 23, 20, 30..and for the 55’s– 22, 17, 20, 17…now that is a sick increase in strength. I would suggest to anyone to take Jungle Warfare with N’Gorge, and Cr2..all from ALRI.

working long hours is no reason to quit in a workout. I had to punish myself for that the other day. i had worked 12 hours at work and was just dead ass tired when I got home. I started my workout and just quit part way through…there is no room for that in this body I have..I purged those weak demons the next day. quitting put the rest of my night down..I can not allow that to happen. keep pushing..always..my body will break before my mind or spirit. I will not quit again.

I just get tired of the numbers…I get tired of how much protein I have to consume….how many calories I need per day…I get tired of how many pills I have to take at what times of the day..I get tired of counting the sets and the reps of which weight I am doing…I tell myself though…these numbers are necessary..these numbers will take you where you want to go…keep counting these numbers friends..in this lifting solitary..they are all we have. the only rep number that I am counting today is the last one…it is a max out day..reps to failure…no..it is not a failure…I will not fail.
