day off

I needed to come home and sleep today after work, so I am taking the day off.  Jesin workout yesterday, today off, and then probably chest/tris/shoulders again tomorrow.

time for some chest perhaps?

ahh..chest day after a good arm day…the SP250 continues to work its magic, upset stomach nonetheless.  it doesn’t even feel like I lifted yesterday, but during my sets it felt like my arms were going to fall off.  I am kind of up in the air on whether or not I am going to keep taking the Superpump after this month.   I LOVE the results, but I can’t really deny the fact anymore that it really wrecks my already fragile digestive system…lol..oh well, it’s time for me to get a little bit stronger.

Ahhh…15 minute workout day

time to punish myself today…Julian Greaux’s 15 minute circuit training arms workout…I need it, my workouts have been sort of lackluster..I just got guitar hero for PS2, and that has taken up a lot of my time and focus…well today is the day to re-align my mind and body.  I am looking forward to the soreness, and the pain.

different kind of lift

yesterday was moving day for some family, so I didn’t get to do a structured workout, but I lifted a lot nonetheless. this morning before the Steeler game is going to be a good little total body, with some arms, chest, back and abs..I’m just going to take a couple of exercises from each program and do about 3 sets each..

off day

taking today off, sometimes it is pretty hard to stay motivated working this schedule ..I mean wake up at 2:30 am..home at 2:00 pm, and the only thing I want to do is sleep until 6, work out, eat dinner, and then go to bed at 9.  plus I know that I am not eating enough to meet my growth needs.  but I have never been able to just force myself to eat if I am not hungry.  thta needs to change if I want to add some serious growth and get away from this 200 lbs area I have been stuck on.

hoo-hah! chest day

chest kicked my ass today, I hadn’t done it in a week, Superpump 250 comes through again, I feel so pumped during and after..I highly recommend it to anyone interested in a NO product.

First Day on Superpump 250

I did the Julian Greaux arm workout yesterday, and I can honestly say without hesitation that the Superpump 250 had me more intense than either the Animal Pump, NO-Xplode or NO-Shotgun. I cranked out 7 full sets, plus another set of barbell curls.  I didn’t do any reps less than 6 either and did between 10-15 for the first five sets.

ahh, recovery

ok, so I bitched out and didn’t work out yesterday, but I had a good enough reason.  I didn’t get home from Cleveland until 2:00 am wednesday morning, and I have to be up for work at 2:30..so I just ate, took a shower and went to work.  I came home from work, and at that point I had been up for 36 hours straight.so I crashed..  but today will be different, today I will punish my body for missing yesterday..bad day at work..take it out on the weights. release it through the music, resolve your anger in the mirror…and remember to breathe.

Day Off

I am taking today off for the most part, I will still do some push-ups though.  tonight I am headed off to Cleveland to see Mastodon, one day after Blood Mountain was released…can not wait.  I’ll be back tomorrow with a regular update…chest, shoulders and triceps tomorrow!!

same old thing

you put on the same music, same clothes, try to get in the same state of mind..it is just those little things that makes me love this so much…all of the sameness, but striving for more…for something different..for growth.

I tried a new arm workout today..I did Julian Greaux’s 15 minute circuit training routine for arms..and oh my god..talk about a pump..I didn’t know if I was going to finish the whole 15 mins…I was using 50lbs on the barbell for curls and skull crushers, then 25 lb DB’s for the other curls..lol..the dips were a blessing each time.

I think I finished 6 sets and the reps went something like this..

bb curl 20/12/12/8/6/6

crushers 15/15/10/12/8/8

DB curls 15/12/12/10/8/6

dips 16/16/16/14/12/10

at first I thought that it was going to be pie with chips…but around 9:00 left…I was like AHHH, are you kidding me?!?!
