Is it too late to make a new years resolution?

It’s not a resolution per say, its more of a slow lifestyle change. The holidays are a known diet offender, my case is particularly bad since i was incapable of handle my family’s ridiculousness without at least wine, let alone homemade eggnog and barleys- I know, I know bad me! Oh well I am officially done with my list of excuses for drinking. My diet has always been clean with the terrible exception of my extreme enjoyment of perpetual intoxication. So since i am now working full time and taking classes again, as well as trying to earn some ACE continuing ed. credits my plate is full so i doubt that will leave anytime for bar hoping. I have managed to workout everyday for the past 2weeks. I was inspired to do so since i am finally in the realization that I have let my relationship with my bar aficionado boyfriend lead me away from my slightly healthier cardio obsession. I am hoping to drop about 10lbs and get to 12% body fat in the next 3 months. Here is what I did today; And as always suggestions are always appreciated.

Free motion machine 40min, varying resistance and direction

Elliptical 50min high resistance, slow

Free Weights, Bands & abs 30min high intensity no rest

My diet was also so clean the Pine-Sol lady would be proud
