Hey Angie. Your training sounds great! And your supps are right on. I've found those really work for me too. I also drink Macrobolic Shakes. They're great for when your in need of a meal after a workout, but can't make it home. Tasty too. You rock chica!

I don't think a week, or even two weeks, is enough time to see changes from a diet. I know when I stick to the one my trainer friend follows, it takes 4 to 5 to see results then they come ROLLING in! Patience is the name of the game, and it sucks lol Stick with it for at least 4 or 5 weeks before changing, though.

I agree with the others, increase the intensity but cutting the rest period down in between sets as well. Think compound rather than isolation moves and you will do better..however, you cannot do 5x a week..you can do 2 days on, rest, 2 days on, rest etc...not 3 days on and then rest.
Your CNS will not like you very much if you do!
-Moe
p.s. No the PSMF is not the protein book he has coming out...PSMF is Protein Sparing in a fasted state...drop me an email!

Personally, I think cardio is more of a last step to lose bodyfat for a contest. I personally lost 3-4 sizes doing nothing but weight training. You can do weights as a circuit to increase your heart rate. I typically do abs as a circuit at the end of my workouts. Point: I think it's ok to lose the cardio and lift 4 to 5x a week. Try it, and see how it works for you! :)

I understand the "it's time to get off my ass feeling" though. I am in the same situation! I do wish you good luck but dont set yourself up for disapointment.
