So this week was pretty good one. I got in all workouts: 3 strength training with some bodyweight circuits and couple days of intervals. My body is SORE from thursdays workout. I don’t normally work my abs, and I did decline knees ups 3×15 and WOW..couldn’t hardly get out of bed! But I love it ( my husband doensn’t….listening to me moan and groan every time I move! LOL)
I started creatine this week, only using it before and after workouts, about 2 heaping tsp each day then. Took measurements and me no likey…hope its the creatine..lol. Also weight went up couple pounds! And here I thought I was losing! Anyhow..I want to stay on the the creatine a couple more weeks and see what happens.
I think I am going to lower the weight when it comes to my lower body. Its growing too fast, compared to my lower body. So I am going to focus on form and s-l-o-w-e-r reps than weight. So when I am doing 8 reps, I will do a 4 count up and down. I hope that will help keep the muscle, but not build and that along with intervals, maybe help to slim it down a bit. Guess we will see…
Last weeks meals about 80% clean, so this week has to be about 90%. I KNOW I can do it..I just HAVE to!

Ok..so this week’s workouts:
Monday: AM- Intervals on treadmill for 20 min PM- Total body workout @ home- low intense
Tuesday: AM - Lower body workout at gym - AWESOME!! Love not being able to walk out of the gym! LOL
Wednesday: AM- Upper body workout at home and abs - Intervals on elliptical for 15 min.
So my abs are still sore from last Wednesdays workout..had hard time doing pull ups..didn’t realize I used my abs so much doing them! Did deadlifts yesterday and my back is okay today..so thats good thing. I have planned my meals all this week, and kept them around 1400-1500 cals per day. Low carbs and keeping carbs in early part of day. Its still this darn energy I am struggling with! Just one day I would like to NOT BE TIRED! I ordered some Jet Fuel and see if that will help. Someone suggested it and says it works awesome..so lets keep our fingers crossed!
I took some pix of my legs this morning with my new phone, but realized I can’t upload them yet, cuz I need a USB cord. So when I get that, will get them on here. They are looking better…and even the "dreaded cellulite dimples" are looking less and less! Yipee! I just have to keep at it and I KNOW I will see the results I want!

Ok..so the protein ratio was way to high. I do want to keep it higher, to help maintain muscle while Im trying to blast this lower body fat. I do much better on lower carbs and higher fats, so thats why I am doing that.
To back up, Monday was intervals on treadmill, Tuesday was lower body workout which kicked my ass! I tried to do little cardio afterwards, but my legs were completely exhausted! Wednesday was intervals again. This morning I could hardly wake up, been having troubles sleeping the past couple nites, but I did manage to get up and do a moderate upper body workout at home.
I can honestly say that these workouts are definitely making a difference in my body. I had really been doing good eating this week also until last nite. Husband and I went to grocery store and bought big ol’ slice of chocolate cake from the bakery dept! I could only eat half cuz there was so much SUGAR! I think thats the most sugar my body has had in over a month! But MAN was it good! (Sometimes ya just have to give in to the damn PMS cravings! )
So today is a new day, with my new ratios..so we will see how it goes!
My main struggle is my energy! I am so tired all the flipping time! I am taking the thermostacker and doenst seem to be doing much for my energy levels. Found this other stuff called 4Everfit Z3 So Trim and trying to decide if i want to try them or not. I hate taking supplements, just because with just my regular vits I am already taking like 8-12 pills!

So my new plan is cycle calories: Day 1 1860, Day 2 1610, Day 3 1360 and then back up and start again. My macros that Im gonna try are 45P/25C/30F. The protein might be a bit high for me, but Im gonna try it at least for a week. I still plan to do my 4 weight days, with short intervals on those days and then extra cardio on days off.
I just took pix today and not as impressed as I wanted to be, but I also didn’t eat very clean this week either. I did lose some inches though in some measurements, so thats a positive.
Im going to add chromium to my supplements, along with the creatine, glutamine, thermostacker and multis.

Well, this week hasn’t been as hard as I thought it was going to be.I am not having any cravings either ( but I didnt eat that much along the lines of carbs before anyways.) I got my supplements yesterday, so took my Stacker yesterday and again this morning. Think I will slowly add those. Sure hope they help with energy, because if anything, thats what I been lacking in lately. Especially late mornings, Im draggin and my eyes are so heavy!
So far no cheats on the Keto diet and have been planning daily. Think I might add some more fibrous vegetables, just because I am feeling hungry with only eating what I have planned. I dont think adding those will affect anythingl OH..I forgot to say..my BF dropped .3%! Yipee!! I haven’t dropped below 19% in like 3 months! So today I measured at 18.7% and like I said before, I can really tell the difference in my arms, and abs…sure hope the legs are soon!
Yesterday did upper body workout. Felt good. Tomorrow is leg day again. If anyone has a chance, you can check out my workouts and let me know what you think? I just changed them this past weekend and hope they are good.

So to further aid in my keto diet, I ordered some supplements today and hope they are here by Monday. I am planning some more meals so that I can go shopping tomorrow to get ready.
These are the supplements I ordered:
Universal Herbal Thermo Stack E/C/A, 90 Capsules
Optimum Opti-Women, 120 Capsules
Higher Power L-Glutamine, 1000 Grams
Higher Power Micronized Creatine, 500 Grams
Here is one days meal plans, with suggestions form the forum:
Meal 1) Post Workout - .75 serving Whey, Flax .5TBSP
Meal 2) 4 whole eggs, 1 oz cheddar, 1 tbsp cream, .33 cup spinach
Meal 3) 5 oz ground turkey, 1 cup broccoli, nat PB 2TBSP
Meal 4) .5 serving pepperoni, string cheese
Meal 5) 3 oz chicken, 1 oz cheddar, 1 c broccoli, .25 c mushrooms
Meal 6) pecans .25 cup (they said to take these out, but I need the fats!) maybe Ill try changing to couple HB eggs..hmmm
Gonna be weird eating all the stuff I have banned from my diet for way over a year! Might be fun though!
