Im finally starting to have more energy. Its either my body has adjusted to the lower carbs or its the thermostacker..or both! Either way, Im glad I made it past that stage! Im still doing the Keto..hoping to drop below 17%…thats my goal on this diet. Then slowly introduce some carbs back. I can see how this could easily become a way of life, but it also is a boring diet. I don’t miss all the carbs, except my PB toast..hee hee. My cravings seemed to have gone away too..which is a good thing. I was craving way too much sugar before. So..still hanging on..and seems to be doing great!

Did good with Keto until yesterday. I just had to cheat a little, i was so damn irritable! I had wheat tortilla and brownie.
But today I went back on the diet! Want to go all this week again in hopes of getting to 17% BF!
Workouts have been pretty good. I feel good and am noticing changes ..legs looking tighter, arms looking more muscular! Just wish the irritability and tiredness would go away. The thermostacker does seem to help with energy levels, but not the other part.

Today was better and I didn’t seem as tired, but I also didn’t workout today. Maybe its the stacker thats helping with the energy, maybe its just my body adjusting. Either way, I feel good! My arms seem to have slimmed down..not muscle wise, but fat wise..Yahoo!
I was tempted today, but kept to the diet! Yea me! Just had a spoonful of PB and felt much better. I think its the dark chocolate I am missing. I used to have 2 pieces a day..
Ok..I do normally sweat quite a bit, but this week, its not so much the sweat as how much I stink! Seriously! I can put deodorant on couple times a day and still stink! I sure hope thats the diet too! LOL!
I might just do my own version of this diet..just to make sure I can get through another week, but was thinking of allowing more carbs tomorrow. Not a lot and not bad carbs, but just more. I guess I will see how I feel tomorrow.

I struggled today…wanted something BAD!!But I didnt! I had two tsp of peanut butter instead! LOL. I was doing so good..but today..just got to craving stuff I havent had in while. I was also so tired…but I guess thats part of it. I can definitely feel and see some changes, but not sure I can hang on for another week. Dealing with children all day and being irritable and tired…not a good mix!

Well, this week hasn’t been as hard as I thought it was going to be.I am not having any cravings either ( but I didnt eat that much along the lines of carbs before anyways.) I got my supplements yesterday, so took my Stacker yesterday and again this morning. Think I will slowly add those. Sure hope they help with energy, because if anything, thats what I been lacking in lately. Especially late mornings, Im draggin and my eyes are so heavy!
So far no cheats on the Keto diet and have been planning daily. Think I might add some more fibrous vegetables, just because I am feeling hungry with only eating what I have planned. I dont think adding those will affect anythingl OH..I forgot to say..my BF dropped .3%! Yipee!! I haven’t dropped below 19% in like 3 months! So today I measured at 18.7% and like I said before, I can really tell the difference in my arms, and abs…sure hope the legs are soon!
Yesterday did upper body workout. Felt good. Tomorrow is leg day again. If anyone has a chance, you can check out my workouts and let me know what you think? I just changed them this past weekend and hope they are good.

This morning I trained a client and I was so very tired! It lasted most of the morning also. Thank goodness for naptime! When kids slept, I slept..but only for about 20 minutes. Not sure if its this lack of carbs thing or just a Monday morning.
The diet part went pretty well though. I was hungry though at times..need to plan bigger meals I think. Have to work on that tonight. May sound weird, but I can already tell a difference in my body just in 2 days. I sure hope I can hang on for the full 2 weeks!

So I have been reading up on and planning to start the keto diet this weekend. At first I thought it would be very difficult, but after doing more research and planning some days worth of meals, I actually think It wont be too bad. Im not sure how long I am going to to it, hopefully at least try for the 2 weeks and see what changes happen. Really hope it helps me to drop some of my fat from my lower body!
