Could I be carb sensitive??

angie5

I have been struggling with my diet for so long I feel so lost. I have done Keto for week and lost a lil BF, but not much, tried doing low carb and was really struggling with energy levels and now added more carbs in morning meals and its making me crave carbs like I haven’t in years!

This is so darn frustrating. I wish I had the money to see a nutritionist and find out what they think. I don’t seem to be able to figure it out on my own.

My friend suggested maybe trying a carb blocker, but not sure I want to use that either.

This week my meal are planned out to look like this:

protein shake w/ water

*workout

protein shake w/ soy milk

oatmeal muffin

homeade chix and veg soup

yogurt and protein powder

turkey and green veggies

* I just decided to add the oatmeal muffin and see how that goes… but only going to do that on weight training days..otherwise will do eggs and veggies.

Today I did BW intervals. Did burpees, jump squats and side jumps. Was tough….but fun!

Tomorrow is upper body and deadlift.

I don’t think a week, or even two weeks, is enough time to see changes from a diet. I know when I stick to the one my trainer friend follows, it takes 4 to 5 to see results then they come ROLLING in! Patience is the name of the game, and it sucks lol Stick with it for at least 4 or 5 weeks before changing, though.
