Need to just do my workouts and stop stressing..I think

Ok..I think I stress too much about what I SHOULD be doing instead of what I AM doing. So, I decided to go with the DB/KB Fusion Workout from Turbulence Training and it looks like this:

Workout A

These are supersets:

*1 Leg Squat

*DB Incline Press

*1 Leg RDL

*Rows

*Squat

*Decline Pushup

Workout B

*1 Arm DB/KB Swing

*Spiderman push up

*1 arm-1 leg DB/KB Overhead press

*Waiters Bow

*1 Arm DB/KB Squat Press

*X-Body Mt Climber

*Turkish Get Up

*Push up Hold

*Side Plank

Workout C

*Close Stance Split Squat

*Block Push up

*Chest Press

*1 Leg Deadlift

*Deep Step Up

*Stability Ball Leg Curl

*Read Delt Raise

*1 Leg Calf Raise

*DB curl

*Close Grip Elevated Pushup

This is tough workout and a lot of exercises I haven’t done in some time..so it will be fun. I am going to stay away from HIIT for couple weeks and instead do BW circuits.

For meals, I’m just going to eat clean. I don’t need the stress of tracking calories right now. If in a couple weeks I don’t see any changes, then I will start tracking for a while and add some HIIT.

I have to get some new pix, my legs are looking awesome! Now if I could just tone that ass more! In time…patience, right?

I was on vacation….now what goals to set?

Ok..so Im back! ;)

I am so ready to get back into my routine! I was on vacation for 10 days and worked out about 4 of them, but did light workouts. I felt I needed some time off from the workouts and think it was a good thing. I think maybe I was over training or burnt out, because in the week I took off, my body fat stayed the same and I didn’t exactly eat all that well.

So, I’m still trying to decide what to do for workouts. I am a member of turbulence training and have been looking through his workouts to see what he has. I did the KB-DB BW Fusion workout this morning. Was pretty good workout. Not sure if I want to focus more on losing fat or building muscle. I do know I don’t want to build much more muscle in my lower body, just lose the fat. I would like to build my upper a tad bit to proportion my body out some more. I am going to have someone at the gym take my BF here soon, so I can get a better idea of where I really am. Right now the Omron says 18.6%. I guess I might just take this week to figure out what my goals are now..but while still working out. If anyone has any ideas..please feel free to throw them my way! ;)

How to make arse smaller??? or should I??

Ok..so here’s my frustration now..I am losing in my waist and thighs, but my a$$ is getting bigger! OK- NOT WHAT I WANT! I need to lose my ass! LOL. I know there is this stubborn layer of fat on my ass and upper thighs that I have been trying to get rid of and it seems that it is getting less and less. Maybe the muscle I am building is whats making my butt bigger.

So, here’s what I been doing:

2 days of intense lower body, 1 day of intense upper body, and one day of split. NO cardio on lower body days, but otherwise cardio every other) day (so 5 days). I have been eating at about 1500 cals, but getting hungry, so think I will raise them to 1600 and Im going to try 3 days low carb (10C/30P/60F) and one high carb day (60C/30P/10F).

Ok..so this week’s workouts:

Monday: AM- Intervals on treadmill for 20 minĀ  PM- Total body workout @ home- low intense

Tuesday: AM - Lower body workout at gym - AWESOME!! Love not being able to walk out of the gym! LOL

Wednesday: AM- Upper body workout at home and abs - Intervals on elliptical for 15 min.

So my abs are still sore from last Wednesdays workout..had hard time doing pull ups..didn’t realize I used my abs so much doing them! Did deadlifts yesterday and my back is okay today..so thats good thing. I have planned my meals all this week, and kept them around 1400-1500 cals per day. Low carbs and keeping carbs in early part of day. Its still this darn energy I am struggling with! Just one day I would like to NOT BE TIRED! I ordered some Jet Fuel and see if that will help. Someone suggested it and says it works awesome..so lets keep our fingers crossed!

I took some pix of my legs this morning with my new phone, but realized I can’t upload them yet, cuz I need a USB cord. So when I get that, will get them on here. They are looking better…and even the "dreaded cellulite dimples" are looking less and less! Yipee! I just have to keep at it and I KNOW I will see the results I want! ;)
