I feel as if I am getting NOWHERE! I feel as if I am working my ass off and seeing NO RESULTS! I "think" my legs are getting better, but it seems as if my bodyfat just won’t move a damn bit! Why?? I just dont get it?? I am doing WAY more cardio that I was doing a couple months ago and I am lifting more weights and more days per week. My eats..maybe 2 cheat meals a week and not even that bad….so what?? what?? why??? AHH!!!!! Yes, I know I am an impatient person, but still come on fat..get the hell off my body already!! GRRRRRRR!!!
Ok..I feel better now..I think..just needed to vent a little….

I tried counting cals and planning meals, but I just can’t. I just dont’ have the time or motivation. I think I have done it long enough before, I have a good idea of what and when I need to be eating, so I’m just going to eat and workout. LOL
Workouts are doing good, I have decided to do 3 lower body workouts per week and one upper body workout. I did Romanian deadlifts and started out with 65lbs. Not too smart..first time doing them in over a year and today I am paying for it! I can hardly move and don’t even get me started on trying to bend over! I look like a 90 year old woman! Very dumb! I was able to do my intervals on the treadmill though, so thats good. Guess we will see how I am doing tomorrow, trying to do another lower body workout! Might have to do upper tomorrow.

Ok..so the protein ratio was way to high. I do want to keep it higher, to help maintain muscle while Im trying to blast this lower body fat. I do much better on lower carbs and higher fats, so thats why I am doing that.
To back up, Monday was intervals on treadmill, Tuesday was lower body workout which kicked my ass! I tried to do little cardio afterwards, but my legs were completely exhausted! Wednesday was intervals again. This morning I could hardly wake up, been having troubles sleeping the past couple nites, but I did manage to get up and do a moderate upper body workout at home.
I can honestly say that these workouts are definitely making a difference in my body. I had really been doing good eating this week also until last nite. Husband and I went to grocery store and bought big ol’ slice of chocolate cake from the bakery dept! I could only eat half cuz there was so much SUGAR! I think thats the most sugar my body has had in over a month! But MAN was it good! (Sometimes ya just have to give in to the damn PMS cravings! )
So today is a new day, with my new ratios..so we will see how it goes!
My main struggle is my energy! I am so tired all the flipping time! I am taking the thermostacker and doenst seem to be doing much for my energy levels. Found this other stuff called 4Everfit Z3 So Trim and trying to decide if i want to try them or not. I hate taking supplements, just because with just my regular vits I am already taking like 8-12 pills!

So my new plan is cycle calories: Day 1 1860, Day 2 1610, Day 3 1360 and then back up and start again. My macros that Im gonna try are 45P/25C/30F. The protein might be a bit high for me, but Im gonna try it at least for a week. I still plan to do my 4 weight days, with short intervals on those days and then extra cardio on days off.
I just took pix today and not as impressed as I wanted to be, but I also didn’t eat very clean this week either. I did lose some inches though in some measurements, so thats a positive.
Im going to add chromium to my supplements, along with the creatine, glutamine, thermostacker and multis.

I am going to try this. It has a lot of great tips and stuff, that I do pretty much already do, but still useful. I haven’t been eating the best this week…not BAD eating, just eating whatever healthy foods I can and whenever. It seems that my metabolism must be running like crazy, because I can eat non stop and STILL be hungry! I guess thats a good thing. I am going to try and figure out where my calories should be tomorrow and then plan some meals, trying to keep my grams per serving the same each meal. That is something I haven’t ever done. I usually eat 3 bigger meals and 2-3 small snacks. Maybe if I eat the same throughout, it will help deal with my hunger better.
Today was upper body workout at home, followed by intervals on stair climber. Don’t think I will do those anymore..just didn’t feel right. I already have back problems and dont think the stair climber is best for me. I will stick to elliptical, bike and treadmill instead.
I am seeing (or should I say feeling) results just in the past week or so. Could be all the extra workouts or just the low carb eating, either way, I like it. I wanted to take pix last weekend, but didnt get a chance, so hoping to this weekend.

I had a awesome lower body workout this morning! For sure my legs are gonna be hurting tomorrow! I did Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, Leg Press..2 different positions working different areas of lower body and then calves. Feels AWESOME!
My eats were good and clean today too! Im trying to eat like 7 small meals per day..and add more at end of day..I have been really hungry at bedtime lately..so trying to help with that.

I’ struggling with what to do ….!!
Ok..my current goal..to lose that extra body fat off my lower body (butt, hips and thighs). So, do I focus on fat loss or muscle building? I KNOW I have a lot of muscle under that layer of fat on my hips and thighs, but finding it? I just dont know! Do I try to build more muscle in hopes that it replaces the fat? or try to get rid of the fat to show the muscle?
I am currently doing 2 days of upper body workouts and 2 days of lower body workouts and on the upper body workouts, been doing intervals for 15-20 minutes. I was thinking of adding more cardio to my days off, now that my PT client has changed her sessions from mornings to evenings.
If anyone has any suggestions, please share! Oh, I should add..I do eat about 85-90% clean weekly, so really don’t think there is much more I could change there!

Well, I felt like I blew the keto, so decided I would wait couple weeks and try again, right before I go back home. I am still going to try to eat as clean as possible and one thing that I benefited from by doing the keto for even a week, was it sure did cut down on my cravings!
So for now, just gonna concentrate on my workouts. Trying to gain a little muscle and also lose some more BF. Today did upper body and intervals on the crosstrainer. MY arms were tired and my legs were like rubber! LOVE IT!

Im finally starting to have more energy. Its either my body has adjusted to the lower carbs or its the thermostacker..or both! Either way, Im glad I made it past that stage! Im still doing the Keto..hoping to drop below 17%…thats my goal on this diet. Then slowly introduce some carbs back. I can see how this could easily become a way of life, but it also is a boring diet. I don’t miss all the carbs, except my PB toast..hee hee. My cravings seemed to have gone away too..which is a good thing. I was craving way too much sugar before. So..still hanging on..and seems to be doing great!

Did good with Keto until yesterday. I just had to cheat a little, i was so damn irritable! I had wheat tortilla and brownie.
But today I went back on the diet! Want to go all this week again in hopes of getting to 17% BF!
Workouts have been pretty good. I feel good and am noticing changes ..legs looking tighter, arms looking more muscular! Just wish the irritability and tiredness would go away. The thermostacker does seem to help with energy levels, but not the other part.
