Long time no post
Tuesday, October 6th, 2009It has been a while since I posted any progress pics or wrote a blog. The reason being is that when you have no progress and don’t workout/diet you have nothing to say! Yes I slacked for about 2 months and am paying for it now. I have been hitting the gym hard for about 3 weeks and my diet has been steady. I lost 3 lbs. last week and hope to continue on this path. I am not sure if I will be able to do it but I would like to compete in May. My husband and I are building a new home and will be moving into an apartment at this end of this month. It is going to be a challenge to be consistent but I will do my best.
