Veggies…ewww
I am having issues eating the amount of veggies that I should in a day. I have been trying to consume them 3 times per day and I am not sure how much longer I can keep this up. It may sound very strange but I hate vegetables. I can stomach green beans and asparagus but not 3 times a day! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what supps I can take to make up for what I don’t eat?

I had a hard time with this too- it took my forever to get up to the recommended amount.

I have trouble too, and my way around it is putting frozen spinach and broccoli in my protein smoothies (mix together and blend with blender)..I also put an orange and strawberries or other fruits, and they cover the taste of the veggies and all you taste is fruit…BUT I made the mistake of putting green beans in it once–nothing covers their taste, it was grosssss!!

Try V-8 I didn’t like it at first but it grew on me.

yeah I would try using a drink like V-8, and experiment. See which over veggies u can take. Wish you the best.

There some veggie supplements that come in powder form and you mix it with water or juice. I have seen them at Whole Foods and some natural food stores. I know some taste good and others taste like sh*t. However, if you can drink something down quickly it might be something to grow into. I recommend mixing with juice. There is also a Naked Green Machine juice and a Bolthouse Farms Green Goddess juice that have veggie and juice mixed together. They are both great but do cost around $3 a bottle. I splurge on one about once a week.
