Hernia
Thursday, June 19th, 2008So last week I was at the gym and was stretching and felt a pop and then a burning sensation. I have been having stomach aches for quite a while but just blew it off and never thought it could be a hernia. Anyway, so I tried to bend back and get it to go back in but it didn’t for about 10 mintes. Needless to say it hurt like a bit*h and freaked me out! I went to the doctor yesterday and she said I do have an incisional hernia. It was from having my gallbladder taken out 4 years ago. I have had it for a long time and had no idea. The reason for this post is because I have a question. I have been on a bulking diet for about a month and a half now and I will be out of the gym for about 2 months. What kind of diet should I be on now? I can’t keep bulking and not working out but I am afraid that if I tighten my diet to much that I will lose the muscle that I have put on from bulking. What do I do in this situation?
