Confused and Down
Saturday, May 17th, 2008I saw my trainer on Tuesday and I told her I haven’t seen much progress lately and she said I need more carbs. I am very confused about this. I have been training for about a year and feel like I have had good results but they certainly have not met my expectations. I thought by now I would look more ripped. I know I am 5′9" and am lanky and it will take longer but WTF?! Today I feel like giving up and being just plain skinny. That’s at least easy for me. On top of that I went shopping and I feel like I look huge. Some days I just feel that way. I think it’s partially because of the up in carbs. I guess I am just rambling at this point but I just don’t even know what my goals are anymore. If anyone has any suggestions on diet please help. I know I need carbs to gain muscle but I don’t want to look chubby for summer.
