Diet
Monday, April 21st, 2008So for about the last month and a half I have been doing pretty darn good with my diet. I have been averaging a cheat meal about once per week. Beginning tomorrow I will only have a cheat meal about once a month. It will be tough but I am going to do my best.
I began seeing my trainer again a couple weeks ago. She is a great trainer but I feel like I am not really learning anything new. I guess what I was doing was right and I just need to keep on being consistent. I am the type of person that no matter how hard I work it’s never enough. I guess it’s a good and bad thing.
