Feeling great!
Sunday, March 30th, 2008Well just wanted to give an update on my progress. I have been working out 5 days a week, cycling my carbs and doing cardio 4-5 times per week and it has been doing wonders. I do admit that I feel exhausted some days but then I know the next day will be a higher carb day and I will feel better so that’s what gets me through. I originally had planned to compete in May but I think it would be better to just wait until November. If I keep up like I am I should be ready. Also wanted to tell everyone thank you so much for the words of encouragement! It has helped me immensely.
