Busted ass!!!!
Saturday, February 23rd, 2008Thursday I started a new workout routine. I looked at some articles for 5 day workouts on this site and I saw one by Schak. The dude is ripped so I figured he definitely knows what he is talking about. I have pushed myself to the limit lots of times but changing your routine kills!!! I did his leg workout today and I didn’t know if I wanted to pass out or throw up first. It was great! I actually beat some personal records.
