HELP!!!!
Tuesday, January 8th, 2008Today I took a pic of myself in the same outfit as I had in my September pic. The only progress I see is on my shoulders and chest. I really need my bis and tris to come out. I am on a carb cycling diet and high protein (moderate fat). I am trying to lean out to see if maybe there are more muscles under the body fat. PLEASE help with any suggestions for my bis and tris!!!!!!
