Has anyone else but me been sooo hungry now that it’s fall?? I have been on the same diet for about 5 months now and it has done fine for me. All of the sudden for the past week I just cannot get enough to eat. Which makes it REALLY hard to stay focused on eating clean. If anyone has ANY suggestions about how to overcome this PLEAAAASE let me know!
