A well planned cheat meal
Wednesday, May 14th, 2008I have decided to do better. I have kept my diet compeletely since last Monday the 5th. I had a well planned cheat meal this past Sunday. I did not want to ruin the 6lbs I lost in 6 days, so I thought about it carefully. I decided to have a taco salad. I kept my meat the same (5oz). I had the serving sizes for my cheese and salsa. I skipped the sour cream and did not even miss it. It was good and I am proud that I did it. Now I am getting ready for this Sunday. I think my cheat meal is going to be breakfast. Not sure what just yet? But I do know it WILL include eggs. I love eggs.
