It is truly a Love/Hate relationship
I love my body, I hate what I put it through. I love the way the mirror smiles at me, I hate cardio in the morning. I love the way my back muscles pop out, I hate the lat pull-down. I love the thickness of my abs, I hate hanging knee raises. I love the smoothness and mass on my legs, I hate 30 leg presses. I love the roundness of my butt, I hate that I have to do walking lunges to get it. I love the cuts in my arms, I just hate doing arms. I love how my chest sticks out on presses, I hate pushing the weight. I love sweating during cardio, I hate the starimaster. I love my body, I hate working my body just so I can love it. I love my workout and diet plan, I hate my trainer when he adds more weight. Yeah, it is a love/hate thing.

I hear you loud and clear on that note!! It’s DEFINITELY a love/hate relationship with the weights.

I can relate to this post, completely–especially when I am getting up at 4 a.m. to eat so I can workout at 5! It’s crazy but I, too, love/hate it!
