It is truly a Love/Hate relationship

I love my body, I hate what I put it through.  I love the way the mirror smiles at me, I hate cardio in the morning.  I love the way my back muscles pop out, I hate the lat pull-down.  I love the thickness of my abs, I hate hanging knee raises.  I love the smoothness and mass on my legs, I hate 30 leg presses.  I love the roundness of my butt, I hate that I have to do walking lunges to get it.  I love the cuts in my arms, I just hate doing arms.  I love how my chest sticks out on presses, I hate pushing  the weight.  I love sweating during cardio, I hate the starimaster.  I love my body, I hate working my body just so I can love it.  I love my workout and diet plan, I hate my trainer when he adds more weight.  Yeah, it is a love/hate thing.

My diet has been changed as well as my workout.  But I get some sweet potatoes and oats. It was hard changing my first meal to 6 egg whites, 1/2S. protein and 1/4C. oats from 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs.  But I did it.  My trainer also took out my tuna and ground beef.  Makes grocery shopping a lil easier since all I have is eggs, turkey, and chicken.  My goal is to get in that extra 1/2 gallon of water.  I can manage a gallon, just that 1/2 is getting to me.  I also want to try some new am cardio.  I love the treadmill, but it can get boring.  I can’t go far b/c the girls.  I am so ready for the summer break I can breathe it into existence.  If anyone has any am cardio  (jumprope) that is exciting let me know.

Me, a bodybuilder? Oh boi!

I have made up my mind, I AM DOING BODYBUILDING!  My trainer had asked me long ago if I would consider it.  Well at our session yesterday, I gave into the notion.  He had me lifting heavy for the last two months and I have managed to put on a lot of muscle.  I though I looked rather huge.  No I know why guys would walk past me and look at how much weight I was lifting or pushin.  Well he had me do some posing and man, I have to say it, I LOOKED GOOD.  Or it could have been that mirror thing.  However he changed my workout plan.  Now I will only lift heavy one week out of the month.  I have to start losing some weight.  My bf% went up 3%, Ohmigosh!!!!  I am about 160 with 17%bf.  I am not likin that.  I will set my goal for 12% by the beginning of June or 10% by the end of June.  My last day of work is June 20th and I want to me smokin if I go to Texas and do the Hotter Than Hell 100.  Even if I don’t do it, I still wanna be hotter than hell.  I will post some progress picks in two weeks.  Tryin to get my friend to buy me a new digital camera.  This might take a minute.  You know being nice is not my strong point.
