A dieting Fool!
Started my diet today! It always starts really easy, once I have a week under my belt though, I might be alittle on edge! Havent had chocolate since April, so that shouldnt be a problem! Went to the wineries this past weekend and had enough wine to last me 14 weeks, that’s for sure. 6 Egg Whites and oatmeal. Turkey Breast and Brown rice. Protein Shakes and Fish! I can already feel my abs! If you are dieting and need some support, let me know because I am going through the same thing right now!
