Started my diet today! It always starts really easy, once I have a week under my belt though, I might be alittle on edge! Havent had chocolate since April, so that shouldnt be a problem! Went to the wineries this past weekend and had enough wine to last me 14 weeks, that’s for sure. 6 Egg Whites and oatmeal. Turkey Breast and Brown rice. Protein Shakes and Fish! I can already feel my abs! If you are dieting and need some support, let me know because I am going through the same thing right now!

I have finally started my diet! TODAY! Lord help me with my tuna cakes! I will miss Mardi Gras this year, but if the results are a rock’n 6-pack…then bring it on beotches! =)
You never realize how much you miss them til they are gone…They should be showing through in about 4 weeks. I’ll put up some progress pics…Just wanted to let everyone know I am BACK baby and there’s no stopping me this year!

So it’s been awhile since logging into the system! I did infact gain my weight back from before the competition and have once again started to take it off to make it easier for my show in the spring! Looking at 133 right now and will be down to 115 for the show. Much leaner and longer looking is what I am going for. I will prob try figure for 1 more year until I progress into fitness. I want to get the best choregrapher and gym coach to make it a possibility and if anyone knows me, you know I am a perfectionist! It’s gonna take a year to get everything right with the routine! I’m excited! Hope everything is going well with you and your fitness goals!

I can’t believe it’s already July! Where is this summer going? Through the 8-5, gym, and school; I am missing the nice weather and the 18 hole golf course I could be playing right now…Oh well, such is the life we live. Hope everyone has a great Independence day! Stay safe.

Ok, so what the ‘hey’…I started the diet back today and changed my routine up just a little for my next round. I am determined to get through this without juicing up! I know I can…I just have to work extra hard. Maybe I will try for the Team Universe in September…depending on the finances. That will give me 9 weeks from this Friday, which sounds longer than it actually is. I am going to keep it on the down-low, just in case I don’t feel like spending the money or am not ready in time. Either way I will have my abs in line for Jamaica at the end of Sept! Practice makes perfect!

Wow, was I ever out of my league at the Jr. National’s! I am not afraid to admit it! There were plenty of girls who spent alot of money on steroids, that’s for sure! Some voices deep, others faces were acne ridden, and even balding! CRAZINESS! There were looks from 1 extreme to the next; from shredded to soft, we all filed across the stage. Thank God I am not bitter, because I know I didn’t deserve anything…but now I am an educated woman when it comes to the wonderful world of steriods. I am just glad to be back in the gym and dieting for fun! Because the occasional glass of wine now is A-OK! Thank you all for yor support!

Ok…you know you are carb depleted when you go to the bathroom, get caught up in a thought, then forget if you actually pee’d or not! Geez! My brain is fried! 3 more white fish and green bean meals…then I will get some carbs in me!

Wow, feel like yesterday I was in the gym telling people I was 9 days out. Well, now I am 3 1/2 days out! My body comes around every so slowly! It is almost aggrevating to a point. That water weight us women hold is CRAP!!! I hate it, so it’s the dry sauna every night til Thursday. UUUGGGHHHH!
Final days…starting to cut out the water, workout, and tan as much as I can before the BIG day! I have my diet food bought and am getting ready to buy a roller cooler to make it easier! I like being prepared so my folders are already packed with the comp information and entry! This is when my nerves really start kicking in!
Anyway! Hope everyone has a great week…don’t know how many times I will check this from now til then. Hopefully I will see you there!
