I have been working my ass off and I feel like nothing is happening its been 3 weeks!!  I should have lost something!! I get up and run in the morning 3 times a week and do p90x also which is 6 days a week HELP ME!!  I eat good ~ clean ~ I feel like I should be losing something THIS IS MAKING CRAZY!!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I just finished my third half marathon and I improved my time from last year by 9 minutes which is really good.  I pushed myself and with the help of my best friend got pushed through it really hard !! Which made me more aware of my potential.  I always seem to give up right before I tap into my true potential and this time I am not going to stop until I tap into that true potential at every workout!!  I am so ready to see what I look like when I am all sexy muscle!!  So anyone out there with any encouraging words I&#8217;ll take all that I can get ~ cause an encouraging word can go so far!!
