					<description>Well, eating clean is great, but what is your intake.  If you're not losing, your cals are too high.  unfortunately, it's not as easy as just eating clean, you have to do the math too.</description>

					<description>Progress pics can be a two edged sword.  What you see in the mirror may not be what the camera shows, but if you use dissapointment to push you, they will never be negative.  Most of the time you can see progress though and that motivates as well.  Post 'em!</description>
