SO HERE I AM ANOTHER WEEK ~ I DID PRETTY GOOD EVEN THOUGH I WANTED TO EAT THE HOUSE DOWN BECAUSE IT IS THAT TIME OF THE MONTH!!! HOWEVER FOR SOME REASON I AM JUST READY TO HIT AND GET THIS WEEK!! I WANT SO BAD TO START GETTIN GRID OF SOME FAT! I THINK THAT WHAT I NEED TO DO IS START CHECKING IN EVERY WEEK WITH MY WEIGHT AND A PIC. IT IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY I NEED TO KEEP ME ON TRACK ~ IT’S TIME ~ GAME ON!!

It is making crazy ~ I just feel like Im not losing any fat!! I have been working my ass off and I feel like nothing is happening its been 3 weeks!! I should have lost something!! I get up and run in the morning 3 times a week and do p90x also which is 6 days a week HELP ME!! I eat good ~ clean ~ I feel like I should be losing something THIS IS MAKING CRAZY!!!

I have been doing p90x for two weeks now and I feel great!! I also have been getting up at 4 a.m. and going for about a 2.5 mile jog and that feels great too!! You know that sometimes I just wish that the transformation would go faster!! What I really need to do is put up pics and look for the changes and maybe some encouraging words!!!

Well I just finished my third half marathon and I improved my time from last year by 9 minutes which is really good. I pushed myself and with the help of my best friend got pushed through it really hard !! Which made me more aware of my potential. I always seem to give up right before I tap into my true potential and this time I am not going to stop until I tap into that true potential at every workout!! I am so ready to see what I look like when I am all sexy muscle!! So anyone out there with any encouraging words I’ll take all that I can get ~ cause an encouraging word can go so far!!
