yessss my new toy has just been delivered treated myself to a SLAM MAN to go in my gym with my punch bag cant wait to use it will give my something new to my cardio training , just gotta go get some sand to fill it now .
has anybody else got one or used one , if so how did you get on with it ?

hi guys why is it that everyone like doc’s , goverment ect ect go on about the state of the world as in obease adults and kids ect and how we should all eat more healthy ect and 5 a day …….. but as much as most of us on here do and prob want to do more but just look at the price of fruit and veg and nuts and seeds ect , how can parents with 3-4 kids ect keep aford to buy enough fruit ect for a big family it cost a fortune these days . is it just me or does food cost more the healthier it is …..lol

hi guys and girls , well planing to start my new training plan again from monday started the year really well had a good january was really enjoying it and then february struck and so did the cold weather and …….. the cough and colds !!!!!! just getting rid of the last bit of cold ready to go for it on monday from scratch , cold my whey , creatine , no xplode and my hydroxycut hardcore ready to start too so really going for it . wish me luck everyone

need some advice on supps , can anyone recomend a good pre-work supp and fat burning supp i was thinking of trying no xplode and lipo 6 or would anyone recomend something better . cheers andy

JUST FINISHED MY 1ST WEEK OF BETTER EATING AND WORKING OUT . AND IVE LOST 3LB IN WEIGHT SO IM PLEASED WITH THAT AND MY WORKOUTS GONE WELL ………. LAST WEEK I DID MONDAT-CHEST , TUESDAY-ARMS , WED-LEGS , THURS-BACK , FRIDAY-SHOULDERS , HAD A REST DAY ON SAT AND PLAYED FOOTBALL SUNDAY MORNING . WILL BE POSTING MY WORKOUTS AND WEIGHTS LIFTED LATER IF ANYBODY WANTS TOO SEE .
BEEN TAKING CREATINE AND WHEY AND MULTI VITS , BUT IM LOOKING FOR ADVICE ON SUPPS IF ANYBODY HAS ANY AS IN WHAT AND HOW OFTEN AND WHAT MAKES ARE GOOD AS THERE ARE SO MANY ON THE MARKET ALSO CAN ANYBODY RECOMEND A GOOD FAT BURNING PRODUCT .

hi everyone hope you all had a great christmas and have a good new year . right well here goes ive decided 2009 will be the year i change my eating habbits and my body and look good on the beach this summer . for about the past 5 years ive said on jan 1st that this year i’ll ……….but always give up with in a month or 2 due to illness or injury (play football/soccer) . but this year im determined to stick to it . i workout at home in a self build gym in my shed . i need to lose maybe another stone (lost just over 3 in the past 3 years) then want to get my bf down , my dream would be under 10% about 23 at the moment and then to tone/build some muscle . any help or advice anyone can give me would be greatly receved .either leave me some coments / advice here or feel free to send me a priv message . will look forward to hear from guys n girls . all the best to you all , andy
