Bodyweight Workout
April 27, 2009I’ve started the Bodyweight workout from Craig Ballentyne off of YouTube. I’m currently doing Bodyweight 250 Challenge and yes it is challenging. I’ve had to cancel my gym membership because we were on a 4 day work week. If anyone can answer my question would greatly appreciate it. Here goes: I’ve been eating Weight Watchers system and my weight is going up but my waist is going down so…… does that mean I’m gaining muscle and losing fat?
