I’m not sure whether my cold has come from my lack of working out or whether it’s just a bug; whatever it is, though, has given me a fever, red-sore-swollen throat, and just general malaise. I’m worried, because I don’t want this to throw off my progress. I found out some girl got spinal meningitis that I know personally and come in contact with from time to time; this is absolutely wonderful considering how quickly things get around. I need a new set diet that will cut pounds quickly, but won’t starve me along the process. Any ideas?

With the scare of getting a Staph infection increasing, my initiative to go to the gym is moderately decreasing. As trivial as it sounds, it’s the sort of thing that scares me beyond being scared. I’ve been training harder than I have ever trained before, and it’s slowly starting to pay off, I believe. I’ve lost over 20 lbs in the last year, which isn’t much, but I started out at 152. Can you believe that? One hundred and fifty two pounds on a 5′3" body. That’s WAY too much, and extremely unhealthy. I’m ready to feel healthy and start looking healthy and a healthy weight for my frame, age, and height.
