10min various abs.

Evening Workout, Chest and Biceps

Incline dumbbell press superset with incline flyers

3 sets of:

12×42kg’s + 8×17.5kg’s

Decline chest machine (rest-pause)

3 sets of:

10×80kg + 5×80kg + 4×80kg

Incline smithpress

3 sets of 15×60kg

Biceps

21’s ez-bar
6×35kg
