Boudoir

What an amazing experience! DEFINITELY doing this again when I reach my goal weight/body fat%. My photographer was amazing, really funny, really creative, I felt totally at ease (once I got there :p ) and I can’t wait to see the pics. She might have a few teasers posted on her blog next week, but otherwise, we are looking at about 3 weeks, so around June 27 I should get them! :) I am very happy and very excited. So glad I did this, can’t wait to do it again!!!!!!!! :D

I think I figured it out

I have allergies! Never really had hay fever until this year, and realized that there was no way I would be coming down with a cold for 10 days. 10 days later I should be getting over it, not still coming down with it! Felt like crap Saturday and yesterday, so I took a Claritin before bed - woke up feeling fine today! Hmmmm… I think I’ve got it! It sucks though, because allergy medication is expensive - wonder how long I will have to take it for? Anyway, made it to the gym today and worked my @ss off! :D

Assisted Pull up: 106#x8, 100×5, 100×5, 100×5

Barbell Squats: 65×13, 85×12, 85×11

Stiff legged DL: 65×12, 65×11

Bench Press: 65×7, 65×6, 65×6

Barbell Bicep Curl: 30×8, 30×7

Barbell OH Press: 30×10, 30×8

I feel pretty tired after that workout!

My food planned for today:

9:30 am 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese

12:00 pm 4 oz. chicken breast wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce, tomato, 1/4 avocado, and mustard

3:00 pm 2 whole eggs

5:30 pm 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese and 1 apple

8:00 pm 3 oz. chicken breast, lettuce, 1/2 cup stir fried veggies

No more waiting to feel better – I am WILLING myself to feel better. No Excuses, Body – you’re gonna feel better whether you want to or not! I already feel better I started back on the Cytolean this morning. :D Lost another 0.6 pounds which is good. I’ve passed the 170 mark and still going. J Which is good because the Boudoir Pics are NEXT WEEK… SCARY!

 
9:30 am ½ cup oatmeal, ½ cup nf cottage cheese, 1 tsp. Honey, 2 cups green tea

 
12:30 pm Don’t know yet

 
3:00 pm 2 whole eggs, 1 nectarine, 1 cup soybeans in pods

 
5:00 pm ½ cup nf cottage cheese, 1 package dried plums

 
8:00 pm Sushi night!

 
Going up to LA tonight to help pack my Fiancé’s grandmother – second weekend in a row. She’s moving this weekend, so whatever isn’t going with her or with us, is going in the TRASH. The house is getting CLEANED OUT! I’m just happy we don’t have another weekend of this….
