Excuses, excuses
My knees are killing me. On Sunday, some idiot set their suitcase down right behind me, and I tripped over it, wrenching my knee. I stayed off of it mostly on Sunday, and it felt pretty good yesterday, and then I spent an unplanned 5 hours on my feet, in heels, at the end of a 13 hour workday. Needless to say, my knees are killing me today. I am going to take today off from the gym, and ice them down tonight, and hopefully feel better tomorrow. I will probably do some ab work this evening, and maybe some upper body at home (pushups, db overhead press, etc.) cuz I’m tired after my 13 hour workday yesterday, and working all weekend!
Food today:
9:30 am 1/2 cup dry Oatmeal, 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese
12:30 pm 4 oz grilled chicken breast in a WW tortilla with 1/4 avocado, lettuce, tomato and mustard, served with 2 cups steamed broccoli
3:00 pm 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese, apple, 2 brazil nuts
5:30 pm 2 cups homeade low sodium vegetable soup, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
8:00 pm 4 oz. Grilled chicken breast, green salad with balsamic dijon vinaigrette made with 1 Tsp. olive oil
10:00 pm 1 T. Peanut butter, 1 low carb tortilla
OH - one exciting thing - finally placed my order for Purple Wrath and Cytolean, and it arrives on THURSDAY! Just in time for the memorial day weeeknd - YAY!

So sorry about your knee! I HATE stupid people…grrrr! On a better note you have to tell me how you like the Cytolean and Purple Wrath. I did not like the taste of the v2 sample at all, honestly it had this weird aftertaste like flowers! lol Like a flower I had smelled before, and I was tasting it! blehhh
I hear v3 is just like candy so let me know. I am taking 3 Cytolean a day, now and may bumb it up to 4 in a little. On Lil Pinki’s log she is taking 3 in the am and 3 in the evening, so I guess its really how your body responds to it.
