After not having worked out Tuesday, i had an amazing workout Wednesday. I got some great encouragement from people on this site, and i just went to the gym really pumped and energized. Also, i constantly look at the pictures of the amazing transformations i see on this site, and i cant help but say that i should easily be able to do it considering some people clearly had it more difficult. I started doing high intensity cardio after my workouts as opposed to low intensity, and i enjoy it much much more.

So i missed my first workout of my 12-week transformation setup. Not a good thing, and i have to make it an absolute exception. On the bright side, my calorie intake was 600 less than what i usually have. Is that a good excuse?? Probably not. Today is another day to prove myself and my body that 12 weeks is all it takes!!

So last nights mishap was an 11oz steak that i should not have had. After checking the web for fat content and nutritional information i see that it was a mistake. That being said, i did not go over my new calorie regimen of 2175 a day which makes me somewhat relieved. Today’s workout was intense, solid and fulfilling. I pushed hard, and i liked what i did. Started the loading on my Creatine today. Keep up the good work - its worth it. Summer is around the corner!!!

So i have decided to lower my calorie intake this week in order to achieve slightly faster weight loss. I just hope i wont be compromising too much muscle. I took my body fat % today and i was at 19.5%. My goal of 8% will be tough to reach (i think) in 12 weeks if i don’t adjust my intake even more. I will take in 2175 calories a day this week. Lets see how it goes!!! I want to see a noticeable dent in waist number and body fat number. A great cardio session today. Around 11 weeks to go.

So this is the first week of my 12 week program. The hardest thing would be keeping the nutrition intake at the right levels. I am hoping that i have down in the correct numbers, but only time will tell. The workouts have been decent although i would like to be more intense at the gym. Lets see what happens this week!!!
