I used to feel the same way with running when I didn't have an upcoming race. I liked having a goal/race in the back of my mind on each run. It kept my focus when I started to get tired. Congrats on a great year.

I know how you feel. I almost felt like I had too much time on my hands! Shouldn't I be doing cardio? Shouldn't I be posing? But now, a month later, I'm settling in. It took a while, though. What are your goals for the off season. I am trying to put on a few pounds of lean muscle. I can't wait to see what you do next--you physique just keeps getting better and better!

Hey Amy I feel the same way aswell im done with competitions for this year . I was caught in No Mans land feeling what to do next But i decided to add lean muscle mass in my offseason. Its funny our offseason happens during our summertime here In New Zealand which is now. Compare to where you guys are in the States your offseason is winter time. Anyways im sure you will set yourself new goals for 2010 all the best for the remaining part of this year and beyond congrats on your pro card. Your an inspiration to many both men and women God bless &amp; Takecare Peter

I'm glad you taking a little time off the stage and have your game plan for next season.
