Gotta Keep It Going
Although I am not sure what is next on the agenda…one thing is certain. I am starting right back up with the workouts right away. I feel rested and ready to go….I have spent the last two days eating WHATEVER I wanted. The deprived cravings are all outta my system now, and today I am back to eating clean. I took the "carb load" to a whole new level….LOL…I may not need any for a long, long, long time!! DO WORK….NORTON STYLE!!

You must feel GREAT–refed, refreshed, and reloaded! Can’t wait to see what you decided to do next! Lightweight bodybuilding perhaps?Becuase the muscle you are able to put on–and KEEP– is amazing!

I know I am late to the party but I really wanted to congratulate you on your win. Sorry to hear about your reaction to the tanning product but glad everything worked out well for you. Certainly sounds like this competition was more pleasant and "relaxing" than your last one

Listen to your body. Don’t undervalue rest. Good luck, and keep moving forwards as you enjoy your journey.

Good for you….you deserve to take a break from a ultra strict diet from time to time….I tend to be overly strict but every now and then I eat cheat foods….the trick is every now and then…Ice cream is my weakness..

Glad to hear you enjoyed your carb load binge…lol. Well as you said it is now out of your system. The beauty of that is you’ll be focused on what you should be eating becasue you satisfied the beast within. Nice Job!!
