Amy, I’m a big fan and I was suprised to see this as your kids daily food! As someone who seems to have health and nutrition dialed….are you comfortable with your family feeding themselves this way? Don’t think I am putting you down….I’m just amazed….would love to hear your reasoning.

Well I do have alot of healthy food in the house also. My younger children learned some of these bad habits from the older ones. The three oldest are out on their own now. I do try to set a good example…but they are around it alot at school with friends too. We are somewhere in the middle of healthy and junk. I guess I wrote this blog to admit that sometimes I am a pushover when they go to the store with me! Especially lately when my training and diet are tough and it stresses the family somewhat….I get a little cranky sometimes

great reply Amy…tough to be strict all the time,I am torn between these issues as welll.I often think about my kid’s future health,so we have a mantra "healthy foods first" then a treat is ok.I am fortunate to have an amazing grocery store (Wegmans) that has a health food store department
It just gets soooo expensive!
