Q & A Video
I have had a few requests for me to make a video…one of me talking about my life, motivation, training etc… so this is my plan. I will make one (or more) and I am asking for help on what to talk about. If you have any questions ( pertaining to health, training etc…or about me) I will answer you personally on the video if I select your question. I am in no means an expert, but I have read alot of material over the years. Please feel free to write them in this blog or pm them! Talk to you soon! ~amysuds~

Hi, Amy. I have overcome numerous knee and ankle injuries. I love training legs, but I am afraid I will get hurt again . Cardio is also becoming difficult. Do you have any suggestions for me?

I would like if you just gave a quick run down of your meals(and what you try to stay away from). As I praised your amazing legs already can you suggest what cardio is best for building great quads, sometimes i feel cardio isn’t defining them but just keepin some fat off??

I think the biggest challenge is staying in shape after you get there. You are a stay at home mom, which means you have more time to eat lots of junk food and get out of shape. You obviously don’t do this. How do you stay so focused? I got a million questions, but I don’t want to overwhelm you. Thanks.

Hi Amy, do you know approximately how long does it take to rip out the shoulders, back, etc. with clean eating and training hard, changing it up, and all 6 days/week including 30-60 min cardio. this question is like that lolipop one about the licks, but really, approximately how long? I wonder if you would know or have some idea about this one. thanks:)

i’m in! how much cardio do you do on average? what’s your typical meal plan? do you count calories at all? (mostly i’m really interested in your diet!!!)
on a different aspect…. how hard was the nasm and did you go take the classes or do it on your own? i really want to get that, but i just bought the book and study guide and am finding it harder than i’d expected, but i didn’t get the full package or go to any of the "classes".

What can I do to make my hamstrings show? I do cardio and lift legs 2x a week now.
What’s your typical diet?

How did you keep your focus to reach your goals? What did you do on the days you were struggling? WHat keeps you motivated?

hey Amy, just be your motivating self-talk about what you eat, how you are a mom and grandma and what your workouts are like. you can also talk about supplements and your favorite exercises. also, you should make a slideshow of all of your beautiful pics and let others know that they too can be fit, hot, and live like a regular human too lol…you know, the usual stuff…*wink*

Hi Amy, I just want to say you’re doing a great thing for all of us here in bodyspace and all who you inspire. Thank you. And green tea with apple juice cures all colds:)
Are you going to post it here on a blog??

Such a GREAT idea, Amy!! I can’t wait to see you! Of course I have a TON of questions so I’ll give it some thought and narrow down my queries

Love your dedication!
I was wondering isn’t lifting hundreds of pounds for your hamstrings dangerous?
Yes, I know proper form but is there like a max of how much weight a person should put (or reps) on their hamstrings?
I also wanted to know why everyone is anti wheat bread (i thought it was good for you) and anti dairy (why not just low fat) Is that even healthy?
Just questions I’ve always wanted to ask. You are an inspiration girly! good luck at your competition!
