Well I have to say first off, I have never been so sore in my life. Not excessively, but enough to be a constant reminder of working hard. I have a five day workout plan and today is arm day. My shoulders, forearms and upper back are aching. I hope I can even do a bicep curl! This whole thing is such a great learning experience for me…I am so excited to watch my body change! Go team hollandc and jphillips 17!!
