Having A Personal Trainer Day 2

This is only day two of my new exercise and nutrition plan from Jason Phillips (JPhillips17). I worked my back yesterday and shoulders today. My arms have never felt so pumped in my life! I can barely type this actually. Many people have asked me for my diet and workout plan now. In my opinion, training plans are meant to be unique and tailored to an individual’s goals….it will be changing every week. I suggest anyone who is interested in a program to help them reach goals as I am, contact JPhillips17 and find out what he could do for them. I am super excited about the whole process and will blog as I go.

    Is that 175 you are deadlifting in your progress photo? You are so impressive! I would like to know what other weight poundages you lift when you lift heavy? Thanks!
