Weight gain

I am happy to report I gained back the weight I lost recently. It sure doesn’t take long to do that! I have been eating a ton of peanut butter by the spoonfuls. So hopefully I can just maintain this or gain some more muscle weight!

    right on.. straight from the jar with a long handled fat spoon.. sometimes it don’t get any better.. ;) Good luck on maintaining that nice body of yours..

    Gee Whiz! I need to get back to my 2lbs. of peanuts per day & a jar of p.b/ every other day. I "lacked" sought softness in my last show. SO…. pizza fridays are being joined by Pasta Wednesdays and Sundae Sundays. Tough competition diet eh? ~DawnMelanie

    haha that’s exactly what my last few weeks have looked like… peanut butter by the spoonfulls!!! i’ll be sorry when in a week when i start cutting for competition and have to face the damage i did, but you look great!

    Dang, I wish I "needed" spoonfuls of pb! Usually I am fighting the urge to eat it at all because I need to lose weight not put it on!!! Glad to hear you are getting back on track though and meeting your goals. Keep up the great work!

    what is the deal with peanut butter?? LOL. I don’t really care for it, but when i did diet down and carbed up with some peanut butter balls before my comp…MAN those are DA BOMB!!
