In the new Oxygen there is a 21 day diet that promises to drop 10 pounds and speed the metabolism. Its taken from the book Turn up the heat. The plan seems easy and I think im going to give it a try this coming week, it will be week 5 of P90X. It will be hard not to drink on the weekends, but the food plan seems so easy to follow.
Has anyone done Dr. Philip Goglia’s 21 diet plan? I need to lean out before summer! And this weekend in the O.C. its going to be 85 outside!! AAAAHHHH time is running out. So… any sugestings on how to drop that extra 5 to 10 pounds fast??

So im on week 3 of the P90X workout… I like it alot so far! I seriously feel stronger already and I can do almost all the situps at the end of the video, i think its about 350 or so. The only part I hate is the push ups and pull ups video. I havent seen much change in my body yet but I know it take many months to build muscle.
Is anyone out there doing, or has anyone completed the P90X workout? If so, any results to share?
I havent been following the diet program it came with, just eating clean… execpt for the drinking wine and beer over the weekend:( And thanks to those who offered suggestions on how to chill on the alcohol! So my goal this weekend is to drink only on Saturday night, and have a water inbetween each drink. I know alot of you would disagree with my goal…but a girls gotta have some fun, right?

Ok, Im having a hard time on the weekends! I eat clean, but I drank about 5 glasses of wine on Friday, and Saturday I went to the Angel’s game and drank 3 beers. I love having a fun time and alcohol is hard for me to turn down.
Does anyone have this problem or have any suggestions???
I never drink during the week but once Friday rolls around its hard!!!!
