Okay, so the last time I checked in was Feb. and I was having a hard time with my offseason diet. So at the end of Feb. I decided that I was going to take a break from offseason dieting because I found that I was binge eating and eating foods that I would of never of thought of putting in my body before. Don’t get me wrong, I did not go hog wild with food. I have been focusing on eating clean and I am still eating 6 times a day. The Tosca Reno clean eating diet cookbook has been awesome. As a result of being off my offseason diet I did gain about 3 pounds and I am struggling with that a little. But I am not binge eating any more and I am back to thinking about food as nutrition and fuel for my body. I will start my cutting phase in the middle of May and I will start posting monthly update pics. For now I am still hitting the gym hard 5 days a week and enjoying the food freedom while I have it! TRAIN HARD and EAT for HEALTH!! TTFN-Amy-

Okay, this is my first go around at blogging. I am currently in my off season and trying to build more muscle. Currently I have been on an off season diet since November, and I am getting bored with dieting. I find myself having more cheat meals then what I am supposed to and I find myself craving sweets. Not only am I craving, but I am indulging. I dieted for 17 weeks for my two shows in October and I was very diligent with my diets. I am unsure if the fact that I am not compeating until the fall or if I am losing my motivation. I have been sick with a mono like virus the whole month of January and now I am finally starting to recover. My workouts have started to get back to full power and I feel about 80% back to normal. I am just having trouble with my diets. I am not sure what to do to remotivate myself with my diet. I want to compete at a National level, so I need to get back on track fast. Any motivation advice?
