GD MORNING!!! i joined 2 sites that are for past and present military members and their spouses. its like a family with a common bond. i wouldnt join every group you get invited to. its kinda like a chat room where people ask about workouts nutrition. some are good some well you decide.you get to see everyones conversation not just yours.

DOn’t feel bad about the groups. I all new here and I don’t have a clue right now. When I have time, I just surf around. Still uncomfortable, but I’m trying. You’ll know where you want to go when you find it. Keep up the work..you look great!

Hi Amy! my understanding is that it’s a support/help system….exchanging ideas, workouts, diet etc. on a little more personal level because they’re smaller than the general sight. Ex: I want to cut, how do I do that? what do I do? or I want my back more developed does anyone have suggestions for a good target workout, or just following and encouraging someone who’s struggling, prepping for a contest…pretty much everything. Hope this helps…have a great day!!

I’ve been invited, too, to a bunch, and joined a couple. But honestly, I do so much friggin’ study and research and inundate myself with every bit of research based, accurate, certified and qualified advice and info I can get, that I haven’t really participated. I look to BodySpace more for inspiration than information. (YOU being prime in that regard) If there’s a specific group from which you feel you can benefit, by all means, it’s a great idea!

Hey Amy,
I joined a team in late January. So far, it’s pretty good and members encourage eachother and give advice. I’m sure if you were on the team, you would get a flood of questions, lol. I feel more accountable now that I’m on a team.
