10 weeks from Jr. Nationals.
Well, 10 weeks to go until Jr. Nationals and my head doesn’t seem to be in the game yet. I had a short break after the Arnold, but it sure didn’t seem long enough. Some injurys that have been causing me some problems, (just had a cortizone injection in my shoulder), so hopefully that will help. But with all that I am never too busy thanks those who check out my profile, send me comments and give me the support and encouragement that helps me get thru a diet while prepping for a show. I haven’t been online too much lately….Its the end of the school year for my kids….(track, comfirmation, 8th grade graduation, school musical…..yada yada yada) and they are involved with it all, and I would have it no other way. My kids are my life. So, please bare with me……I’ll be swamped until the end of May, but then will have more time to answer questions and chat more. Also, training clients and prepping my self for shows has got me spread pretty thin…but as I said. I will be back in full force in June. So….THANK YOU….this site and everybody that I’ve met or talked to has truly been a blessing and I am thankful to get the support that you give.
See ya on Stage

Hey Amy,
Best of luck with your contest prepwork for the Jr. Nationals!
I hear you when it comes to kids and their activities but it looks like you have a plan coming together.
I sure hope your shoulder does not give you to much grief during your training.

Amy! You’re absolutely da bomb! You should blow away the competition!
Good luck and hang in there!

Amy, I here you about enough time in the day that’s why I’m at the gym @ 5 am, if I get to do anything in the evening it’s a bonus, and I’m not even competing. Hang in there.
PS. Love that red suit.

Believe it or not I feel your pain…some days there just isn’t enough time to get everything done. Time management skills are so important. I love your "family first" attitude. My kids always come first for me, too! They are only young once….besides you look awesome. Just maintain and you will knock them out!!! Tim
