I LOVE THIS STUFF! I went to the gym 45 min. after a scoop on a legs day. I could lift 20-45 more lbs. on every exercise with 8-13 reps. I did abs in between every set and did 4-5 sets. I blew past my hour workout by about 20 minutes….I would have kept going, but I try to keep my lifting to an hour because of growth hormone levels. First day of taking this, and I had my strongest workout ever. I didn’t do any cardio, of course, because my body fat is still too low. However, I so wanted to after and had the energy to.

I have recently dropped about ten lbs. and have experienced some muscle atrophy. My weight training has stayed the same, if not increased in intensity, as has my strength. I like the drop in body fat, but hate that it means costing some lean mass. I lost so much of my boobs too! HATE THAT! My chest muscles are more defined now, and so much stronger than ever in my life…but miss my boobs. I need to eat more often, I know I let myself get into a catabolic state way too often. I have all the knowledge of workout nutrition to do this, but need to discipline myself to apply that knowledge more than I have.
I like that I am losing weight, and want to lose more (of body fat)…I am just dealing with that period of accepting my weight loss and changes in my body mentally.
