Me and football?
Thursday, February 22nd, 2007Well my friends have told me I need to play football. I want to do well and know that my strength is decent, but I’m not sure what else I need to work on. Do cleans have a real need for football? I know I will need to start doing more overhead pressing, incline bench, front squats, and skill drills. I’ll let you all know how it goes.
